TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dear user, it is necessary that you review the terms and conditions that govern the use of this site ("Terms and Conditions"), since when you enter and use this website, whose domain name is www.tiendamovil.ca (“Site”), you (“User”) are expressly accepting the Terms and Conditions.

 

By accepting the Terms and Conditions by the User, Tienda Movil grants and grants the User the non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to use the Site, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

 

The User may only print and / or copy any information contained or published on the Site exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.

 

The reprint, republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, electronic reproduction or by any other means of any information, document or graphic that appears on the Site, in whole or in part, for any use other than non-commercial personnel is expressly Prohibited to the User, unless Tienda Movil has previously granted his authorization in writing.

 

When the User's conduct is contrary to the interests of Tienda Movil, we reserve the right to deny the service, cancel deliveries and close the customer account.

All registration and billing information provided by the User must be true and exact; providing any false or inaccurate information constitutes breach of these Terms and Conditions. At the time that Tienda Movil confirms the purchase order that the User generated ("Order"), User agrees to accept and pay for the products that Tienda Movil sells through the Site (" Product ”), as well as the billing information provided to Tienda Movil.

Only the Products published on the Site are susceptible to sale and are subject to the availability that Tienda Movil has. In case Tienda Movil does not have one or more Products in stock of those requested in the Order, Tienda Movil is obligated to immediately inform the User, so that User may indicate to Tienda Movil whether or not he/she prefers to replace it with a similar Product of a different brand, forcing User to pay the difference that the substitution causes, which, from the Similarly, it will be subject to availability. The information on the Products advertised on the Site is accurate and in accordance with their characteristics; however, if due to a manufacturer's error, the Product contains any characteristics other than those announced, the User may return it in their next order.

 

The delivery time for Orders will be from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, Tuesday to Friday. If you are not going to be at home during this time, please email us at contact@tiendamovil.ca to arrange the delivery on another day or give us instructions of where to leave your order.

All Orders are delivered at the door and if they are corporate offices, warehouses, factories or buildings where delivery is requested, these must be in the lobby or reception area, deliveries are limited to a time of waiting of a maximum of 10 (ten) minutes.

 

Payment methods

Pay Online: All Credit Cards Visa or Master Card will be accepted.

Pay by e-transfer: It consists of the payment by e-transfer at contact@tiendamovil.ca, please be advised that the e-transfer should be made by 12:00 pm on the day of the scheduled delivery day.

Pay in person with cash: It consists of the payment in cash that the User makes when receiving the Products at the address previously specified by customer.

 

Changes, returns and cancellations.

As a quality commitment, if at the time of receiving your Order you consider that a Product does not meet the total satisfaction of the User, Tienda Movil guarantees the full replacement of the Product, with no delivery cost in the following cases:

 

If the order has missing one or more Products from the initial order and customer have not been previously informed before delivery.

 

If the delivered Product is considered as incorrect (weight, presentation, brand, type, color, flavor, etc.) to the originally requested Order.

If the Product at the time it is received by the User is in poor condition, dirty, broken, used, incomplete, beaten or damaged.

Changes and returns after you’ve received the Products. No changes or returns will be made when more than 1 (one) day has elapsed from the delivery day of the Products. Then you should contact us by email and send a photo of the order and the product that you would like to report.

Order cancellation.

At the request of the user, Tienda Movil may cancel the Order, in whole or in part, by telephone at 647-383-9721 or by email at contact@tiendamovil.ca.

Limitations of liability

Tienda Movil company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, economic loss, loss or damage to electronic media or data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) your inability to access or use the Service; (iii) any conduct or content of any third-party on or related to the Service; (iiv) any content obtained from or through the Service; and (v) the unauthorized access to, use of or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other claim in law, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Modifications to the site

Tienda Movil may at any time and when it deems it convenient, without the need for notice to the user, make corrections, additions, improvements or modifications to the content, presentation, information, services, areas of databases and other elements of the Site, without this giving rise to any claim or compensation, or that the same implies acknowledgment of any liability in favor of the User.

 

These Terms and Conditions will be subject and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

 

In the same way, the offers and promotions that are released on the Site will be subject to the specifications indicated in it and will be exclusive to the online store.
